Our client is seeking a Forklift Battery Changing Operative to join their nightshift team at their busy site in Swan Valley, Northampton.
This role involves maintaining the fleet of forklifts, carrying out battery changes, and ensuring any issues or accidents are reported promptly using the correct forms.
Key Information:
- Forklift licence not required – however, prior forklift experience would be beneficial
- Good level of English is essential for completing reports and paperwork
- Flexibility required, as initial training will take place on the day shift
- Potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate

- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- Night shifts – 6pm to 6am
