Forge Operative

Salary: £30,000 per annum (including shift allowance, plus minimum £25 weekly bonus after probation)

Hours

• Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm

The Role

We are looking for a Forge Operative to join a busy production team working within a fast-paced forging environment. You'll assist in the production of high-quality forged components while operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forging equipment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Operate overhead cranes and FLTs.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Support production targets.

Requirements

Essential

• Existing Overhead Crane licence.
• Valid FLT licence.
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience.

Desirable

• Previous forging environment experience.
