We are supporting a highly regarded independent preparatory school in Kent to appoint an inspiring and experienced Forest School Lead.

Set within beautiful grounds, the school is looking for someone who can lead and develop its established Forest School provision across the Pre-Prep and Prep School.

The role:
* Lead engaging Forest School sessions for children aged 3-13
* Plan and develop an exciting outdoor learning programme
* Promote confidence, curiosity, wellbeing and independence
* Work closely with teachers to link outdoor learning across the curriculum
* Oversee equipment, risk assessments, health & safety and site management
* Support children''s development through observation and assessment
* Contribute to clubs, events and wider school life

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Level 3 Forest School qualification
• At least 2 years'' practical Forest School experience
• A genuine passion for outdoor learning and nature
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to train)
