You will be responsible for leading site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong communication with the Site Agent and wider project team. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise highway construction works during night shifts across multiple Suffolk sites. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in line with MGroup Highways policies, promoting the "It Starts With Me" culture. Allocate labour and resources daily, ensuring all activities are undertaken by competent operatives.
