The role will cover both investigations and dispute-related matters, however experience of the following is desired:Fraud and financial investigations/disputes;Insolvency investigations and litigation;Asset tracing and funds flow analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging/leading forensic engagements, including the management of internal and external stakeholders and clients;Determining issues for investigation by identifying sources of information and requesting provision of such documentation;Contributing to the development of case strategy;Developing and/or evaluating damages and quantum of claim ..... full job details .....
