Forensic Accountant

Robert Half is recruiting a Forensic Accountant for our client in East Hertfordshire , on an interim basis for 3 months initially. The position of Forensic Accountant will require the following duties ;Review all payments in the last 18 months from 7 different bank accounts to ensure they are correct with correct authorisationReview all master data changes in the last 18 months to ensure accurate dataReview SODsReview AR balances and confirm they are correctReview All transactions in the last 18 months and through sampling ensure they are correct with the correct authorisationCover for other financial duties.ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.Advance knowledge of Excel - as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft PackagesGood understanding of Sage 200 or SAPExcellent attention to detailExcellent communicator at all levelsAbility to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesAuditing or Forensic accounting background for large corporations Payroll and general accounting experienceThe position of Forensic Accountant will be 100% based in the office and is an urgent requirement.
