This role ensures the site remains safe, compliant, and fully operational to support efficient production. Basic pay rate: £27.03 per hour PAYE Shift: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:30, 30 minutes break. Lodge and Travel is not available for this role. Required Qualifications: - EUSR National Water Hygiene (Clean Water Only) for clean water sites. - Either CSCS (Black) or CSCS (Gold) - Level 3 NVQ - SMSTS - Safety Critical Medical Key Responsibilities: - Supervising day-to-day activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. - Leading and coordinating teams of operatives, subcontractors and plant operators. - Managing and monitoring heavy earthmoving plant operations including excavators, dumpers, dozers, rollers and associated equipment. - Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements. - Conducting regular team briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings. - Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation. - Implementing and maint...
