Working on one of Scotland''s flagship infrastructure projects, you''ll oversee large-scale earthworks operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Responsibilities Supervise bulk earthworks operations including cut and fill, embankments and capping layers. Coordinate site teams, plant operators and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality requirements. Oversee drainage, haul roads and associated civil engineering works. Carry out daily briefings and promote a strong health and safety culture. Monitor productivity and allocate labour and plant efficiently. Work closely with Engineers and Site Management to resolve site issues. Ensure inspections, records and quality documentation are completed.
