Foreman

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Foreman to help deliver works on a Thames Water project in Grays, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on water projects and a strong civils background. Foreman Responsibilities: Supervising site operatives and subcontractors. Managing day-to-day site activities. Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. Delivering toolbox talks and monitoring health and safety. Coordinating labour, plant and materials. Liaising with the Site Manager and project team. Ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards. Foreman Requirements: Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card. SSSTS or SMSTS. Previous experience on water or civil engineering projects. Thames Water experience preferred. Strong understanding of health and safety procedures. Good communication and leadership skills.
