The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering bridge structures, reinforced concrete works, and box culvert packages on large-scale civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site Managing daily site activities and short-term programming Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specification Coordinating plant, labour and materials Working closely with Site Engineers and Site Management teams Maintaining high HSEQ standards throughout delivery Project Scope Includes: Bridge Construction Reinforced Concrete Structures Box Culverts Earthworks Drainage & Infrastructure Highways Schemes Requirements: Proven experience working as a Foreman / General Foreman on heavy civils or highway projects Strong reinforced concrete and structures background Experience with bridges and culverts essential SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS required Ability to lead teams within fast-paced site ...
