Foreman

RTL Group are currently looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a major highways and infrastructure project in the Exeter-region, working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering bridge structures, reinforced concrete works, and box culvert packages on large-scale civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site
• Managing daily site activities and short-term programming
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specification
• Coordinating plant, labour and materials
• Working closely with Site Engineers and Site Management teams
• Maintaining high HSEQ standards throughout delivery

• Earthworks
• Drainage & Infrastructure
• Highways Schemes

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Foreman / General Foreman on heavy civils or highway projects
• Strong reinforced concrete and structures background
• Experience with bridges and culverts essential
• SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS required
• Ability to lead teams within fast-paced site environments
