Foreman / Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Foreman/Project Manager on private build renovations and developments in Swindon and surrounding areas.

Ideally self employed with a trial for the right person.

Skills required:

Good time management, ability to understand spreadsheets and computers, experience in construction, reliable and trustworthy, and work under their own initiative.

Responsibilities:

Ground project management on sites, day to day running of the sites, material acquisition, site visits and checks, accurate progress reports for the projects weekly/monthly, supervising the staff and ensuring quality/time keeping.

Package:

Starts around £200 a day (potentially more once proven), with a van and fuel card, laptop and access to all working files remotely.

Immediate start for the right person and this will be ongoing role once proven.
