Foreman Location: Lower Thames Crossing, BasildonSalary: £55,000 £65,000 + BonusContract: PermanentBenefits: Lodging Life Insurance Private MedicalThe Role NEOS Engineering are working with a leading earthworks contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK, including HS2, Sizewell C and the Lower Thames Crossing.They are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the team on the Lower Thames Crossing, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of earthworks within your section of the project.This is a hands-on position, managing people, plant and materials while working closely with the Works Manager and Engineering team to keep production moving safely, efficiently and to programme.You ll be responsible for making sure the work is delivered to the required quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, productivity and environmental compliance. What You''ll Be Doing Leading and coordinating earthworks teams to maximise productivity and minimise downtime. Managing the day-to-day use of plant, labour and materials across your section. Carrying out regular site checks and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained. Working with the Works Manager and Engineering team to plan and deliver work against the programme. Monitoring production and ensuring activities are delivered to the required specification.
