You''ll be responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, maintaining programme delivery and quality standards, while still being willing to get involved on the tools when required. The Role Lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects from start to finish Supervise site teams, subcontractors and deliveries Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times Conduct quality inspections and oversee snagging works Coordinate project activities to ensure programmes are achieved Carry out hands-on work where required Liaise with tenants, clients and project stakeholders This role is typically a 50% supervisory / 50% hands-on split, although there may be periods where more practical involvement is required between projects.
