This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor on a 12-month contract, overseeing housing groundworks and associated infrastructure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: • Supervising day-to-day site operations across housing groundworks projects. • Managing site operatives, subcontractors and plant to ensure works are completed safely and on programme. • Overseeing drainage, foundations, groundworks, manholes and kerbing installations. • Supervising Section 278 (S278) highway works in accordance with project specifications and local authority requirements. • C...
