The role involves supervising a small team of operatives and overseeing a variety of groundwork projects, including: Park home bases Retaining walls Installation of services General groundworks Requirements: Proven experience in groundworks. Ability to lead and organise a small team. Good understanding of site health and safety. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work from drawings and specifications. A valid First Aid certificate is preferred but not essential.
