Foreman (Civils)

Teamforce Labour are actively seeking a Civils Foreman for immediate start in Leiston for a long term position.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising civil engineering works, with strong experience in deep drainage operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of all site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specificationManaging site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with site engineersReading and interpreting drawings and setting out where requiredMonitoring health and safety, enforcing compliance with RAMS and method statementsDaily reporting and progress updates to the site/project managerCoordinating plant and materials for efficient site operationsRequired Experience and Skills:Extensive experience in deep drainage (including manholes, pipes, and chambers)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple crews and maintain high productivity and quality standardsGood understanding of groundworks, excavations, and reinstatementConfident reading construction drawings and planning works aheadCertifications and Training (Essential):SSSTS or SMSTSCSCS (Gold/Black) cardFirst Aid at WorkConfined Spaces (preferred)CPCS/NPORS for relevant plant (advantageous)Full UK Driving LicenceBenefits:Opportunity for long-term, stable work on a major civils packageWork with a well-established contractor Supportive team environment and career progression opportunitiesEqual Opportunities Statement:We are an equal ..... full job details .....
