Job Advert: Maintenance Plumber (Foot Mobile) Location: Central London (covering TFL Zones 1 and 2)Salary: 38,000 per annum + OvertimePackage: Includes fully funded TFL Travelcard (Zones 1-2), pension, and holidayWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our team, operating on a foot mobile basis across a portfolio of commercial properties in Central London.This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working independently. You will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.Fault finding and repairs on all plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, taps, and sanitary ware.Assisting with basic maintenance and monitoring of building plant.Working within plant rooms, carrying out checks and minor repairs on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units).Maintaining clear and accurate records of all work completed.Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Ideal CandidateMust be a fully qualified Plumber (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment is essential.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
