Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Foot Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to cover a number of sites in West Central London. Role Planned Maintenance on HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM''s Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports. AHU''s, FCU''s Tap / Temp checks Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc. Changing lamps Changing belts / pumps etc Changing / cleaning filters Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a small number of high end commercial buildings in West Central London. Generally within a 15 min walk of Oxford Circus as a guide. Experience required HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background. Strong Mechanical / Plumbing knowledge Building Services / HVAC / Mechanical qualified NVQ Level 3 preferred Understanding of HVAC plant in a commercial environment (not domestic).
