Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestigious contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-profile sites in Central London (Zones 1-2).

The role involves visiting 4-5 locations over the course of a typical week, with fixed attendance at key sites and occasional emergency visits outside of London during standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.

• Carry out mechanical, plumbing, and electrical tasks to a high standard.

• Operate and interrogate Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Support business-critical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct water management tasks in line with L8 requirements.

• Work independently, managing time effectively across multiple sites.

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical or plumbing discipline.

• Completed apprenticeship or recognised technical training programme.

• Competent in electrical isolation and familiar with BS7671 industry standards.

• Proven experience working in similar prestigious environments (minimum 1 year).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services, including HV & AC and water systems treatment.

• Experience with L8 water management.

• Ability to work under pressure and support business-critical services.
