A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-end commercial offices and luxury residential properties in the Mayfair area and beyond. The Role:
As a Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer, your duties will include:

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical plant equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and pumps.
• Responding to mechanical and electrical breakdowns across various sites.
• Carrying out reactive plumbing works and basic fabric maintenance.
• Supporting the wider team with electrical systems and general building services.
• Working across multiple commercial and high-end residential buildings in Central London.

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working on both mechanical and electrical plant equipment within commercial or residential environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently across a variety of sites.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
