Within this Foot mobile engineer role you will be responsible for delivering first class maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial office buildings in central and West London. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a prestigious commercial contract in London You will be working for a brilliant Supervisor, who will encourage you to thrive within your role The Job Within this Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer role you will be responsible for a variety of multi trade duties on a commercial contract of high end, modern, top spec offices. Your Fabric Engineer role will include: PPMs and reactive maintenance Basic carpentry including fire doors and general building maintenance Basic electrics Basic plumbing Liaising with the client Using a PDA to track and log jobs You will be given the freedom to perform autonomously within this role and be working for a supervisor that will empower you to succeed in your job!
