You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipment Maintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systems Conduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficiently Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately Liaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionally Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety procedures Support minor installation and remedial works where required About You Qualified in either Electrical or Mech...
