Position: Foot Mobile Engineer

Location: Central London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £44,000 to £48,000 subject to skill level

We are looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering Central London

This engineer will be using public transport to support commercial buildings with there planned and reactive maintenance needs and compliance

This is a multi skilled position, however we do need this person to have a strong background in dealing with mechanical plant including plant rooms, ahu''s and fan coils.

We are advertising this as a foot mobile position, however it could also be van mobile if required.

This engineer needs to have a minimum of a level 2 building services electrical or mechanical qualification. We are not able to look at level 2 qualifications in plumbing

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Must hold a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• Able to deal with AHU, Fan Coil and Plant Room maintenance
• Either holding a driving licence or happy to travel using public transport
• Commutable to central London
