Managing your own workload effectively via a PDA, ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed SLAs. Performing essential multi-skilled duties, including weekly compliance checks like fire alarm tests and L8 water hygiene tasks (tap temperature monitoring, flushing, etc.). Undertaking general mechanical and fabric maintenance as required to provide a complete facilities service. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and building managers across your portfolio. Responding to reactive breakdowns and carrying out fault-finding to resolve issues efficiently.
