We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join an established facilities management team, covering a portfolio of seven commercial sites across the West End and City of London.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking for a varied role across prestigious Central London buildings, offering a competitive salary, travel card and 25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays.

The Role:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across seven commercial sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults.
• Maintain building services, including lighting, power, HVAC, pumps, motors and associated plant equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and minimise equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and procedures.
• Complete maintenance records and report defects or remedial works required.
• Provide a professional service to clients and building occupants.

About You:

• Electrically or mechanically qualified, or time-served in a relevant maintenance discipline.
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritising maintenance tasks.

The Package:

• £48,000 - £50,000 basic salary.
• 25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays.
