Foot-Mobile Building Services Engineer Up to 40,900 + Travel Card (Zones 1-6) + PackageA leading Hard FM contractor is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team, supporting commercial office buildings across Central London. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business, carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance within a supportive and well-established team!The Role: As a Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:Carrying out PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.Completing reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.Fault-finding and resolving issues across both electrical and mechanical systems.Conducting general MandE tasks such as water temperature monitoring, emergency lighting tests, lamping, and small plumbing repairs.Providing support on BMS front-end systems.Delivering a professional, client-facing service across commercial office sites in Central London.Requirements:Strong experience with PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.Able to commute easily across Central London as a foot-mobile engineer.A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred, however, not essential.The Foot-Mobile Building Services Engineer will be on a basic salary up to 40,900, depending on experience + Travel Card (Zones 1-6) reimbursed monthly + Holiday + Package.If you''re a skilled Building Services ..... full job details .....
