Food Technology Technician Location: Attleborough Salary: FTE: £26,427 to £26,847 per annum Pro-rata: £4,608 to £4,764 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (7.5 hours per week, Term Time) Closing Date: 9th of October 2026 With effect from October 2026, we are seeking to appoint a part-time Food Technician, working one day per week (Monday) to support the teaching of Food Technology enabling the smooth running of practical classes and maintaining a safe working environment. Working under the day-to-day supervision of our Food Technology teacher and the Head of Technologies Faculty, you will be required to assist and support the department which will include maintaining equipment and preparing resources for lessons. The appointed candidate must have positive approaches to and enjoy working with young people. In turn, you will have a fulfilling opportunity to work with staff and students supporting a popular subject within our Academy community.
