The successful candidate will join a well-established Design and Technology department and inspire students to develop essential culinary skills, creativity, and knowledge of healthy living.The RoleTeaching Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4.Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons.Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress.Creating a safe and positive learning environment within the food technology classroom.Promoting high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.Contributing to the wider life of the department and school.The Ideal CandidateQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting.Strong subject knowledge and a passion for food education.Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.Strong communication and organisational skills.ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.What Veritas Education OffersCompetitive rates of pay.Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.Opportunities for long-term ..... full job details .....
