We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Food Technology Teacher for a full-time, long-term role at a secondary school in Hastings, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging practical Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4
andbull; Supervise students during hands-on cooking and food preparation activities
andbull; Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health andamp; safety regulations
andbull; Maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment
andbull; Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
andbull; Collaborate with the DT department to support curriculum planning

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Food Technology
andbull; A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
andbull; Experience delivering practical food lessons in a secondary school setting
andbull; Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
andbull; An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
