About the Role:
A forward-thinking secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join their Design andamp; Technology department. Youandrsquo;ll be responsible for delivering practical, engaging lessons that inspire students to develop cooking and nutrition skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4.
- Prepare students for practical and written GCSE assessments.
- Ensure safe and creative use of kitchen facilities.
- Contribute to enrichment such as cooking clubs or healthy eating workshops.
Requirements:
- QTS and specialism in Food Technology or DT.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and exam specifications.
- Passionate about inspiring students through hands-on learning.
