This is a varied role supporting products manufactured across Asia and supplied into major UK and European retailers. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will act as an important technical link between the UK business, international manufacturing teams, retail customers and the wider NPD and Commercial functions. With a strong focus on product quality, customer complaints, technical documentation, pack copy, retailer requirements and data analysis, you'll have the opportunity to develop broad technical experience while also supporting new product launches and customer projects.
