About the Food Technologist job Your role as Food Technologist will be to provide technical support by liaising regularly with both suppliers and customers on technical requirements. Key tasks Investigate customer complaints and complete monthly complaint KPI reports. Maintain standards of health & safety, hygiene, security, and compliance with all relevant legislation within the work environment. Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies in line with new legislation, customer requirements, and company standards. Keep abreast of legislative changes to ensure company compliance and communicate updates internally.
