We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire pupils while maintaining high standards of behaviour, food hygiene and safety within a practical classroom environment.The successful Food Technology Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons covering areas such as food preparation, nutrition, hygiene and practical cooking skills. Similar Food Technology roles in the area commonly involve teaching across KS3 and KS4 and managing both practical and theory-based learning.The successful Food Technology Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4Strong knowledge of Food Preparation and NutritionExcellent practical classroom management skillsGood knowledge of food hygiene and health and safetyStrong behaviour management skillsThe ability to plan engaging practical and theory lessonsA commitment to safeguarding and pupil development In return, you can expect: £174 £263 per day, dependent on experienceSupport from a dedicated ..... full job details .....
