I''m working with a successful and growing food export business and they are on the hunt for an experienced Food Technical and QA Supervisor to take ownership of the technical approval process for products being supplied to overseas customers.You''ll be the important link between UK suppliers, overseas retailers and internal teams, making sure products have all the right technical information and documentation in place before they can be approved and listed for sale.Salary 40KWhat''s the role all about?There''s plenty of variety, from reviewing product specifications and allergen information to dealing with technical queries, chasing suppliers for documentation and keeping multiple product approvals moving forward.Knowledge of international food legislation, labelling requirements and export regulations would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
