Food Services Manager Salary: 33,700 per annum Job Type: Full-time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (75 hours over two weeks) Working Pattern: Alternate weekends off (flexibility required) We are recruiting an experienced Food Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services within a busy hospitality and events environment. Reporting to the Head of Front of House, you will assist in managing daily operations across student dining and a wide range of events, including conferences, formal dinners, private functions and weddings. You will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of supervisors, food and beverage assistants and casual staff, ensuring excellent service standards and customer satisfaction at all times. This is a hands-on management role, requiring a strong presence during service, effective staff planning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
