You will be reporting to the general manager and will be tasked with developing the company''s technical function, continually improving food safety, raw materials, and finished product quality. As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for facilitating audits and assisting in driving a ''quality'' culture.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop, implement and continuously improve food safety management systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.Manage product traceability, HACCP and food safety programmes, leading the HACCP team to maintain effective controls and minimise biological, chemical and physical food safety risks.Support and monitor manufacturing, transport and retail operations to ensure adherence to food safety, quality and GMP requirements while driving continuous improvement.Plan, conduct and coordinate internal GMP audits, track audit performance and maintain an ongoing state of audit readiness ..... full job details .....
