As they continue to grow and expand, they are looking for a Food Safety and Compliance Officer to ensure the highest standards of food safety and compliance across their venue. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, the successful candidate will take operational responsibility for food safety compliance across retail units, kitchens, commercial partnerships, and events. This is a key role that requires expertise in food safety legislation, risk assessment, and HACCP implementation. Key Responsibilities Venue and Event Compliance Ensure all food and beverage partners meet legislative and food safety compliance standards. Conduct regular food safety audits, inspections, and event audits across the venue. Act as the main point of contact for all food safety matters, providing support to stakeholders. Oversee external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Develop and maintain food safety policies and procedures What We re Looking For Experience in food safety audits and producing detailed reports. Strong knowledge of HACCP, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. A deep understanding of local authority food hygiene inspections and the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
