Food Safety and Compliance Officer - Food and Beverage Concessions - Event Space - East London - up to £45k + bonus and benefits We are looking for an experienced Food Safety and Compliance Officer, with relevant experience conducting food safety audits and producing and reviewing HACCP and policy documentation, to join a leading events venue in East London. Joining a world class venue, the main responsibility of this role is to have operational responsibility for ensuring that all retail units, kitchens and commercial partnerships across the venue are food safety and legislatively compliant. You will act as a key knowledge holder / provider to all stakeholders across the venue and will ensure that immediate actions are taken where non-compliance issues arise. Working alongside the Food and Beverage Manager and reporting into the Head of Food and Beverage, you will support catering partners to deliver excellent service at all times.
