Food Safety and Compliance Coordinator Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: From 35,000 per annum, depending on experience The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting and growing business in the food sector that is preparing for a significant new phase of development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food Safety and Compliance Coordinator to take ownership of food safety and compliance processes from the ground up and play a key role in shaping operational standards as the site launches. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in food manufacturing, food packing, or packaging environments, along with a proactive approach to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain food safety management systems across the site. Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements, food safety legislation, customer standards, and industry best practices. Create, maintain, and review food safety documentation, procedures, records, and policies. Conduct internal audits and site inspections to ensure compliance standards are consistently achieved. Monitor and review HACCP plans, risk assessments, corrective actions, and preventative measures. Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
