Food Production Supervisor

About the Role: We are working with a well-established food production company seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join their early shift team. You will work closely with the Factory/Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, organise staff, and ensure production targets are met. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead by example, monitor KPIs, and keep production running smoothly in a busy FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support production staff on the early shift Organise daily work patterns and ensure staff understand their duties Monitor performance and productivity against KPIs Maintain high standards of Health and Safety and food hygiene Support continuous improvement initiatives Update and maintain company systems and records Work with management to ensure smooth production flow Requirements: Supervisory or management experience (ideally within a food production environment) Strong leadership and organisational skills Good IT skills for updating systems and records Excellent communication and people management skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to rural location) Why Apply? 12-week temp to perm opportunity Competitive pay with weekly bonus Overtime available Staff discount on produce after qualifying period Be part of a friendly and established production team ..... full job details .....
