About the Role We are recruiting a Quality Controller to join a busy food production team based at a fruit farm in Sittingbourne. While the business grows fruit, this role is based within the production facility where jams, pie fillings and sauces are manufactured. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Carry out quality checks throughout the production process. Test and record pH levels of jams, sauces and pie fillings. Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards. Produce, check and prepare dispatch labels. Ensure all ingredients and allergens are accurately listed on product labels.
