Food Production Operator ( Panama shift)

NE European Recruitment are currently looking for Line Operators to join a busy food production factory based in Middlesbrough. The Role Working on a food production line Packing and labelling products Following food safety and quality procedures Working to production targets Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working as part of a team Shift Pattern 2-2-3 shift pattern: 2 days on 2 days off 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 3 days off The shift pattern includes weekends on a rota. Requirements Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good team-working skills Reliable and flexible approach to work Knowledge of food safety/HACCP is an advantage What We Offer Full-time position Temp-to-perm opportunity Regular 2-2-3 shift pattern (12 h shifts) Long-term employment opportunity No part-time positions available.
