Food Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a food manufacturing factory supplying the catering and food service industry. This role involves working with chilled bacon products in a fast-paced production environment. Pay Rates: 12.80 per hours (Weeks 1-12) 13.00 per hours (After 12 weeks) Overtime paid at Time and a half after 45 hours Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07.00 - 17.00 Two unpaid 30-minutes breaks (usually at 10.00 and 13.00) Additional voluntary cleaning shifts may be available after the main shift, offering a good opportunity to earn extra overtime hours. Your Duties May Include Work stations can very and may include: Unboxing and handling chilled bacon loins Racking and blast freezing loins Feeding slicing machines Weighing and counting products Packing and boxing finished goods Palletising finished products This is fast-paced production line work, so candidates must be able to maintain the speed of the line.
