FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Gap personnel is recruiting multiple food production Operatives to join our client s seafood processing team based in shoeburyness.Pay Rate: £12.71 per hourHours: Variety of shifts Monday to Sunday, varying shift times apply so will require flexible workersType: Temporary OngoingLocation: Shoeburyness Key Duties: Picking raw seafood products and monitoring the cleaning processCarrying out quality checks on raw and cooked products.Cooking raw seafood as per production requirements.Operating machinery safely and efficiently.Sorting and preparing cans to ensure correct processing and labelling.Performing final quality checks and preparing products for dispatch by loading onto trolleys.Adhering to safe operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.Cleaning down the factory at the end of the day, following strict food safety guidelines.
