Gap Personnel is recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a respected seafood manufacturer based in Paignton.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where people are truly valued and treated well. It’s not unpleasant, but candidates should be comfortable working in this setting.Responsibilities

Preparing, processing, and packing crab products on the production lineLabelling and quality checking finished goodsMaintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all timesAssisting with general production and cleaning dutiesWhat we’re looking for

Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be providedComfortable working in a seafood environmentGood attention to detail and ability to work at paceReliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicBenefits
