Food Production Operative

Driver Hire Southampton is looking for a reliable and motivated Food Production Operative. This hands-on role will be working with one of our well establish clients in the food industry, you will be supporting their warehouse and freezer operations, ensuring products are received, stored, packed, and delivered efficiently - every day is different, fast-paced, and rewarding!About the Role:Working hours are 2:00pm - 8:30pmMonday to Friday (No Weekend Work)Ongoing contract- for the right person there may be an opportunity to secure a permanent roleKey Responsibilities:Follow all warehouse and freezer procedures to maintain safe and efficient operationsKeep the warehouse clean and organised according to schedulesManage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collectionsEnsure all goods receipting and dispatch documentation is accurateMaintain correct stock rotationCarry out bulk packing of products when requiredPick, pack, and prepare orders ready for deliveryAssist the logistics team with driving duties when neededWhat We''re Looking For:Experience in warehouse/logistics, food production or operations environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, can-do attitude to help across the teamFull UK driving licence (held for 12+ months)Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major convictions)Why Join Us?Driver Hire Southampton is a trusted staffing agency ..... full job details .....
