Food Production Operative

Be Personnel is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a leading global seafood company and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon.

Pay & benefits:

• £13.20 per hour, overtime £19.80
• Temp-to-perm opportunities
• Weekly pay (agency) / monthly (permanent)
• 30 days holiday (after 12 weeks)

Shifts:

• 06:00 – 18:30 (2-2-3 rotation)
• Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 17:00

Role:
Working on a production line preparing smoked, infused and fresh salmon to specification.

You will:

• Ideally have food production or manual work experience
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be physically capable
• Be flexible with shifts
