Food Production Operative AM2PM are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Production Operative to join our growing team in the DY5 area. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality food products reach our customers efficiently and safely. You will play a vital part in the production process by picking, packing, and adhering to food safety standards.Job Details:Shift pattern: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:30 PMPay rate: £12.71Location: DudleyRequirements of a Food Production Operative: Prior experience in food production, picking and packing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.Excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills.Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, as required.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
