Food Production Deep Cleaner Nights

We have an exciting new opportunity to work as a Hygiene Operative in a busy food production company based in Barking. We are looking for an energetic, experienced person to strengthen their friendly team working on the night shift. Role purpose: Responsible for the cleanliness of all designated production rooms, equipment, and facilities areas using appropriate equipment/and or materials as supplied in line with cleaning schedules. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness with assigned areas by ensuring that relevant work instructions/schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all washrooms/toilet facilities, locker rooms, canteens, kitchens, offices, and other common areas including warehouse. Ensure cleanliness of factory production areas, including and not an exhaustive list the production equipment, surfaces, overheads etc. Liaise daily with other members of the production team in identifying areas/procedures requiring improvement to allow improved performance. Ensure the stocks of cleaning chemicals are stored safely and report any shortfalls. Ensure all products are used and stored in accordance with the relevant COSHH Regulations. Ensure completion of all hygiene related documents i.e., daily check-list reports.
